1.   Collection and Usage of company information

Company information is data that can be used to identify or contact a specific company. Any time you contact CSW or its affiliates, you may be asked to provide company information. CSW and its affiliates may share such company information and use such information in accordance with this privacy agreement. CSW and its affiliates can also combine this information with other information to provide and improve our products, services, content and advertising. You do not have to provide the company information we require, but in many cases, if you choose not to provide it, we will not be able to provide you with our products or services or respond to any problems you encounter. The following provides some examples of the types of company information that CSW may collect and how we can use this information:

1.1 What information is collected

When you create an ID, buy a product, download software updates, connect to our services, contact us (including through social media) or participate in online surveys, we may collect a variety of information, including company name, phone number, email address, contact preferences, device ID, IP address, location information Payment information and profile information (in case of social media contact). When you use CSW products or invite others to use CSW services, CSW may collect information related to the above provided by you, such as company name, e-mail address and telephone number. CSW will use this information to meet your requirements, provide relevant products or services, or achieve anti fraud purposes. 1.2 How to use your company information

2.   Collection and use of non company information

We will also collect and use data that it cannot directly establish contact with any specific company. We may collect, use, transfer and disclose non company information for any purpose. Below are some examples of non corporate information we may collect and how we use it.

We will collect information such as occupation, language, zip code, area code, unique device identifier, referral URL, location and time zone when users use CSW products, so that we can better understand customers' behavior and improve our products, services and advertising.

We collect information related to customers' activities in our system and information obtained from our other products and services. We will summarize such information to help us provide customers with more useful information and understand which parts of our products and services customers are most interested in.
